How have they ripped you off? Did they steal your photos? DId they copy your listing word for word?

how exactly are they copying you?

you are using catalogue images, they are not your photos

your titles are just the name and size of the perfume, it's rather hard to sell those things without using the same title as other people, in fact virtually everyone who sells those items uses those words and pictures!

I'm not using catalogue images actually - they are my images that I've paid for and edited and in addition to that they have also copied my descriptions word for word.

I paid for photos and did all the editing myself but in addition to that they've copied all of my descriptions word for word.

I've contacted them - I understand imagery will be put into the ebay catalogue but literally they have created an exact copy of my listings.

Regarding your response about you paying for creating your images I picked just one, did a Google search and found the identical image from quite a few major retailers..

I have identified your seller and to be honest, I think you are being a tad melodramatic.

Looking at your listings, and I am not being critical, but if you have paid for and edited your pictures, I feel you have wasted both time and money as they don't stand out from anyone else's listings.

The descriptions on some of your listings appear to have been copied and pasted from somewhere else as quite a few other sellers have the same description.

Even with my two fingered typing, it would have taken me two minutes type your shipping and payment information, After which, is simply copied and pasted into any future listings.

Since typing my response, I notice you have edited and removed the content of your original post. ????
