Hi there,

I was thinking we had do really well this last month since linking my website to ebay but I just realised the amounts showing were including the postage costs ... is there a way to view sales without the postage on top ?

1st thing to do is correctly register as business seller or ebay may close you down & inform HMRC.

Suggest you ask on business board about P&P.

We have been registered with the HMRC for 5 years and this response has nothing to do with the post

I did suggest you ask on business board.
You may be registered with HMRC, I can't see that, but I can see you are NOT registered as business on ebay!

We are registered as a business account on eBay !! I suggest you get out more and if nothing helpful to say - say nothing !

you are not registered as a business with ebay, you need to use this link to upgrade your account:-

Upgrade to a Business Account

you were advised to upgrade your account and then ask your question on the business seller board, because business sellers don't like people who trade on a private account

the reason you are doing well is because you aren't paying for your listings when you should be.

with respect, you may find the responce annoying, but this issue upsets alot of sellers on here who pay their fair dues to ebay etc, but constantly see other sellers registered as private, when they clearly are`nt, so pay alot less than they do, it`s nothing personal, but does need to be addressed 🙂
it`s also worth bareing in mind, that pointing this out to yourself and others may actually be doing you a favour, because HMRC are now regularly trawling this site looking for sellers who are`nt doing what they should be and whilst i`m not suggesting for one second your avoiding things, i`m sure nobody wants a tax inspector crawling all over their books 🙂

Don't understand why responders are having a go at you about business registration.

Your account from what I have seen is business registered and your full trading name and address appears on your listings..

i can understand it because it annoys sellers who pay more than they do, plus the fact, it`s a legal requirement!
