can i see who were the last bidders on orignal post to contact and see if still interested ?

sorry didnt explain well.
the item didnt reach reserve so has been relisted
can I go back to the highest bidder previous list to offer it at their highest bid ?

As plpmr says once a bid is received offers cannot be sent,your previous bidders will have been notified the watch was relisted.
Also this is the 6th time of listing you do realise you will have 6 lots of reserve and BIN fees to pay plus the final selling fee.

just a side note, setting reserves are and can be expensive, because you get charged 4% of the reserve, whether it sells or not, so it can add up if you list a few times.

You should have thought of this before relisting.

You can click on the number of bids to see who the bidders are and if the highest bid was satisfactory even though not meeting your reserve you can stll make a Second Chance Offer to the highest bidder.

Now you have relisted with a bid you cannot consider any offers.

Using a reserve is expensive and the fee is NOT refundable, you should always start an Auction at the minimum you would be happy to accept. You could add Best Offer, costs nothing and it is flexible as you can set to automatically reject silly offers.

I don't know what your reserve is BUT the minimum is £50 so already you have been charged at least £8 in reserve fees, which is just a waste of money without having a sale.
