Question Re: Why am I not receiving 'New Offer received' emails? in Selling on eBay DND

Thanks for your reply. All 'Seller' options under 'My eBay Communication preferences' are set to 'Real time'. Basically everything is set to default settings - I've not changed anything at any time - so therefore I should be receiving these emails but I'm not - they are not going to spam / junk in my Hotmail so I can't see any point in adding to 'safe senders'. I received other eBay emails - like new listings and item sold - it's just the 'New offer' ones that are the problem...so frustrating!!

If someone makes an offer on an item I have for sale it will show up in 'messages' in 'My eBay' but not my actual email (Hotmail)....so I don't actually see them unless by chance I've gone to the eBay website. Anyone know why?

Check your Ebay account to make sure you have it set to allow these types of emails to be sent. If you do, check your email account's spam folder. If still no joy, add Ebay's email addy to your email account's 'safe senders' list.

@adie_c
