How do I opt out of the International Global Shipping Programme. I want out as the costs are too high for buyers.

Go to your My eBay > Account tab > Site Preferences > Postage and Packaging Preferences > Show > Offer the Global Shipping Programme > Edit > Opt Out.

Then you can put direct postage to other countries on your listings. For a current buyer you'd have to cancel the transaction and relist with direct postage for them to buy again. If they've paid the refund would be issued automatically after cancellation on ebay.
