why carnt I refund on a returned item,the process wont let me issue a refund.

Was the return made through a case? If not then refunding other than through a case will mean you get a defect and NO REFUND of the selling Fee.

Every thing on ebay has a proper procedure if you don't follow it then it will get expensive and also damage your account.

The return was a ebay returns case,of which was accepted,the item has arrived to me.But when I go to the ebay process it wont let me continue to press the issue a refund button.
