I have a buyer who made me an offer which I accepted. She denies ever having done so although it is now recorded as a sale. She says she was watching the auction but she never made an offer and doesn't want the item. What to do please.

Open and close an unpaid item dispute to get your selling fees credited, block the buyer, then relist.

Open an Unpaid Item Case after 2 days in the Resolution Centre. Close after 4 full days. Your Ebay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account. The Non Payer will receive a Non Payment Strike on their Account. Put them on your Blocked Bidders List.
