you need to contact the buyer and ask them to revise it,

ebay won't remove it as it is truthful

Was the negative feedback on a different account to this one? From what I can see you don't have any negative feedbacks and your account is showing up as 100% positive feedback, so if the negative feedback was left on this account then eBay must have removed it for you.
