Question Re: accusation in Selling on eBay DND

What should i do i have recieved an email from buyer saying they are going to report me to ebay as they are accusing me as bidding up sales. Can clearly see three unknown persons bidding in last minute. Have said if not happy i can cancel been told by buyer no. Haven't reieved payment should i wait or give second offer chance.

they are accusing you of a criminal offence.

Open unpaid case[s] but exp3ect trouble form this buyer, so block them.

Buyers are allowed 48 hours to pay before you can open an Unpaid case ... You then return to the case on 'day 5' and close it if still unpaid to recover your selling fees ... timewaster gets an account defect/strike and neither party can leave damaging feedback ... you can then safely relist ... unless case is closed correctly, it just 'times out' without a fee refund >
