Tell me what to do if kits lack parts

Open a casde in the Resolution Centre, link bottom of this page.

The case should be for Item not as described/parts missing.

Your seller should send you a prepaid tracked returns label if he wants the items back but

may decide to send you the missing parts instead.

He gets 8 days to respond and if he doesn't. you should escalate on day 9 for ebay to step in.They will either send you a label or refund you eithout you returning.

To send you the missing parts out of that set, my assumption would be that they`d have to break open another set just for what`s missing out of yours and i don`t they`ll do that. They`ve sold over 700 of these sets, so it`s possibly just a manufacturer issue, so the best thing to do is open a return for `not as described/missing parts`, get a return label, send it back, get refunded and buy another set.

if the seller doesn`t provide a return label, ask Ebay to step in and help after 8 days, who will then provide one and charge the seller for it. Don`t close the return request if the seller asks you to and they`ll send a replacement or refund, i`m not saying this particular seller would over £10, but it happens and given your a new Ebayer, you may get took advantage of. i`ve been a member for over 10-15 years and someone tried to treat me like an idiot last week on a return, so any issues, don`t hesitate to ask here for clarity first, there`s always help here 🙂

Open a Not As Described returns request or case to return for full refund, and order the set again if you wish. You'll then have a fresh transaction number should there be something wrong with that one too.
