Can I return an item without explanation? Or does it need a good reason? Didn't find an answer here https://pages.ebay.co.uk/safetycentre/buying.html. Tell me where you can read about all the nuances of the return and what to do if the seller refuses to return the money.

I assume this on another account, as this one was opened today.

If UK business seller, you can return items for any reason, if buyer change of mind, you pay return postage.

If private seller & change of mind, they can refuse.

The basics are that you can return an item for any reason from a business seller but if you are buying from a private seller you need to check if they have a return policy, they don't all.

You can return items that are Not as Described.
