falling sales this August ?

Has anyone had falling sales this August ? Mine have been plodding along steadily - until August when they have plummeted.

I always find August to be a little slower then other months. People tend to be away and using funds for other things. Have you signed up for eBay manged payments

Hi Terri, thanks for your reply. I had thought holidays /staycations etc might affect sales and maybe it's hitting home with me, so hope sales pick up for early autumn. Ebay's managed payments ? I don'y think I have. I just pay my fees about twice or three times a month but have noticed that you have to pay all what's owed which includes fees for sales in the .new period. I have preferred to pay Ebay in small amounts more frequently so that there's isn't a huge bill waiting at the end of the period, But that flexibilty appears to have disappeared. Mary

Op is private seller, so can't sign up to managed payments.
Whether they should be registered as business is another question.

over 5000 feedback and over 300 items for sale, is more than `clearering the loft` in my opinion!!!
