I sold an item recently but i doesnt look like the buyer has any intention of paying How do i reclaim my 50p back from the selling charge. Thanks

Just to add that everything you need to know about selling on Ebay, including what to do when a buyer doesn't pay, is in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page), and in the Help pages (links at top and foot of any page). 🙂
