I sold a dress on Ebay, and the labels in the dress clearly stated it was a size 14 petite, so thats what i sold the dress as. The buyer is now requesting a refund as its 'not a 14' and 'its more like a size 10' but the labels said it was a 14 petitie so i had no idea, what should i do about this and am i oblidged to give a refund even though the item was described as it is!

If buyer has opened a Not As Described Case you should provide a return label and on return refund in full.

Sizes are a perptual source of trouble and it is always recommended to give some basic measurements.
