90 day total

why is my 90 day total drastically different from the balance in my PayPal account? the difference is around £100.

Is the 90 day total wrong? or does it include money from people who have yet to pay?

My selling fees aren't high because the items aren't very expensive.

I'm just a bit confused!

The amount in your PayPal account is the full amount that buyers have paid you, minus PayPal's payment processing fees. The amount you receive in your PayPal account has nothing to do with Ebay. You pay your Ebay fees monthly, direct to Ebay.
