I don't buy my postage on Ebay (or from any third party), so can only advise that it's probably a temporary glitch. Try again later, and if the issue persists, buy at the Post Office or direct from your chosen carrier (in case you're unaware, buying postage on Ebay isn't mandatory).

I’ve been happy using EBay packlink and at the moment they offer a home collection (No extra cost) and half price postage
but this Tec glitch ? as been 3 days now
