i need urgent help please

i sold an item to someoen in the USA and im in the UK (im new seller and and all my sales are to people in the UK so its the first time for me seeling to someone outside UK) i printed a UPS shipping label and i sent the item but i forgot to put commercial invoice and now they are returning the parcel back to me.

so please can someone tell where can i find the commercial invoice? and how do i fill it up

please any help will be really appreciated im stuck !

If that is what video said, then print it off & full it in.
I use Royal mail, simple form they provide at PO.

Your Trading. Buying to Sell On. You need to Register as a Business. Go to Help and Contact at the top of the Page and type in "Upgrade My Account." You need a Business Account not a Private one.

No but you need to Register as a Business to Sell Dead Stock Trainers. Private Accounts are for Selling 2nd Hand Items from your Home. Things you don't want anymore.

You need to read UK government website it is the LAW and you need to upgrade prompto before Trading Standards come knocking on your door.
You are depriving Byers of their rights.
You do realise, that being unregistered a buyer can claim a refund for any reason and send back in any condition up to 13 months from purchase and you would be forced to refund including return postage and you would not have a leg to stand on...
