how do I send a customer a returns label

How do I issue a returns label to a customer. The customer has requested a return which I have accepted but I cant find where I buy a label to send to them.

Any help would be appreciated.

What sort of case have they opened?

if change of mind buyer has to send back at own expense

if not as described case, you should be able to click on the case and send a returns label from there.

as an aside, are you buying your items to sell on eBay? If so, you need to register as a business seller.....
