I'm selling a phone and I put a reserve price on it, someone has offered me more than the reserve and he's bid up to the reserve price but how can I accept it?

offers cannot be made or accepted when there are bids - the most you can do is end the auction selling to the highest bidder, but you only get the top bid showing.

Quiet simply you can't. How much insurance cover does Packlink provide if any?

Any one offering more than they need to pay needs to be treated very carefully if you don't want to lose a lot of money.

As tempting as it is I would let the auction run its course.

When your buyer pays check your PayPal account to make sure the payment is OK.

Only post to the address on the PayPal account.

Make sure the item is fully insured and tracked delivery.

And of course make sure its packed to withstand a nuclear explosion.

These phones brand new as yours is are priced roughly at £1,000 plus.

Let it run its course and make sure you are 110% insured for it's full value..
