There is no such thing that I know of.

When a buyer buys something he pays from the eBay checkout using Paypal. It's pretty automatic. If he does not - by some means - use Paypal to pay then the transaction will not be covered by the money back guarantee.

You Pay for an Ebay Purchase through PayPal. They are the Banker. It enables you the benefit of Ebay and PayPal Buyer Protection. Although there are exceptions such as No Buyer Protection on Vehicles, Property or Services.

The current ebay purchaser paid via paypal yesterdaybut it is not showing in my paypal account?
It is marked on ebay as paid for.
Buyer claims once he receives item and gives feedback then my paypal acount will be credited?

you need to check what email address you used when you created the listing

click sell similar and scroll to the payment section

if the email address there is the same as the one you use for paypal and the payment isn't showing in your paypal account, the buyer is trying to scam you,

if it is a different email address and you can still access that email account you need to log into your paypal account and add it to your paypal profile

if you can no longer access that email account you need to apologise to the buyer and ask them to cancel the payment their end

"That is rubbish - he may be confusing the 21 day hold on money but the money is credited to your account first; you just cannot draw on it!!

I would say the watch is a "scam magnet" and you would - if there is any sort of problem selling this - be very wise to withdraw from this sale and relist.

Do not send until the money is in your Paypal.
