Question Re: Refunded item now delivered in Selling on eBay DND

Nothing you can do through ebay as they have closed the case.

Politely message buyer and say something like "Glad to see to item has no w arrived, I will send paypal invoice for you to repay"

You can log in to paypal & send the invoice, but can't make them repay.

Hi can anyone help? I issued a full refund yesterday on an item that hadn't arrived after 13 days, however today I have checked Royal Mail proof of delivery and it was delivered this morning. Where do I stand with getting the money back or the item back? It wasn't a high value but it is more the principle that the buyer has been quite rude and unreasonable when I explained how with current circumstances things are taking longer.

TIA

Ok thanks, if payment can’t be obtained would it be wrong to leave negative feedback?

Buyers can't receive negative feedback, if you leave negative comments on the positive buyer can get it removed & you get ebay defect, best not to leave any.
Most buyers are honest, so hopefully will repay.
