It is difficult to understand as I am sure that a year ago ebay used shutl, Packlink is just another middleman who delivers nothing but merely uses Hermes.

Have you ever read their T & C they have very poor compensation terms if any for a large number of items.

Was using Packlink ok for printing postage. Cleared Cookies and now can't get Confirm and Pay button

As subject....about a year ago I finally got Packlink to work from Print Postage option. I recall I had to do something to my account to enable Packlink. Anyway it worked fine for a year. Yesterday I did a big Cookie clearing excercise (bad mistake). Amongst the problems I now have is a return to the problem I had last year with Packlink. I click the Packlink tab and can print a delivery note ok, but after I have selected weight and Collect/Dropoff options there is NO CONFIRM and PAY button. There is if I select Royal Mail, but that's not the service I want.

I went onto Site Preferences within my account and there were approvals (2 of them) for Packlink so I removed those hoping that it would then go through the process to approve them again, but no difference. I still have no Confirm and Pay button.

This all reminds me of the frustration i had a year ago and used Parcel2Go for a while, but then Packilink started working for me and I can't rememberwhat I did to get it working.

Any ideas would be appreciated. (and please no "why on earth are you using Packlink" comments , I do actually find it quicker than going to Hermes etc direct or Parcel2Go)

Thanks John, I sort of expected to get this sort of reply. I know you are trying to help and am most grateful for your contribution but I am aware of the T&Cs and that they are a middleman etc etc....I just find its quicker than using Hermes, Parcel2Go etc even with their import facility. Its also very handy to see the prices and insurance cover for the various options in a much clearer form than the other middlemen. Yes I used to use Shutl extensively and it was a great system. When this changed to Packlink (I think March 2019?) it was beset with problems and I used Parcel2Go with the import faclity but when Packlink finally got working I started using it and have had absolutly no problems until tonight after clearing cookies. I mostly post low value used household items and am ready to write off any losses. The T&Cs don't worry me. In my experience chasing up losses with any courier is often not worth the time and energy for the sorts of things I post.

Now can any body answer my question? Would be very very grateful.

And as I said in my original post "....and please no "why on earth are you using Packlink" comments "
