Having a problem logging in to another account cleared cookies still not working keeps going back to same account started yesterday when the signing in stage changed

Shouldn't be a problem if you cleared cookies and cache and logged out of the original account.

If you already did all that then try logging into the new account via a different browser.

If you want to operate different ebay accounts on same computer device then you need a different web browser for each account,

e.g. firefox & chrome or log out of 1 account before logging in to the other.

On new sign in page, you have to click "switch user".

I have clicked switch user also un tick keep signed in only started last night been fine for years

I would say it is your device, works fine for me.
Are using the useless app, switch to website.
If using internet explorer, no longer supported, use, chrome, firefox or edge.

Noticed that Login page had changed following a Computer update yesterday = back to the old style logon with No Facebook/Google login links (it may not last) ...

Suggest ... Try separating the accounts by using a different browser for each account eg. Edge/Chrome/Firefox etc. ... you can then have both accounts open in different Tabs/windows at the same time and switch between them with ease?.

I have two Ebay accounts, and have no problem switching between the two. I use the same browser and the same device (laptop) for both.

I suggest you log out, clear your History etc, reboot your device, then log back in. If the problem persists, try a different browser (not IE as it's no longer compatible with Ebay or most other websites). I use Firefox.
