Creating an invoice for combined payments

Hello

A buyer wants to purchase 2 items from me and has asked to combine payments, we have agreed a price.I have set up combined payments. He has also asked for an invoice. As yet he has not made an offer or bought the items.
Can you confirm that I can only send an invoice once items have been sold? I can send two items in one package.

Yes, buyer buys, then waits for you to issue that amended invoice with the combined postage cost. then he pays you.

he needs to put both items in his basket then use the request total link

you then send an invoice

You can only send an invoice when a buyer has actually bought the items (without paying, of course), otherwise there would be no transactions to send an invoice for.

When the buyer has bought both items and you click on 'send invoice' against one of the transactions, both items should appear on that one invoice. Adjust the postage cost and send (do not click 'reset').
