I hope you can help me.

I bought an item(Akai 40w bluetooth speaker A58104) on the 26th jan 2021 and I never received it. It should have been here roughly on the 9th Feb and I said I'd wait alittle bit long just to give it a chance to arrive and it never did. I write to the seller a few times and nothing back. I read reviews and its not good. The same story as me.

paid GBP 33.29 it says the status says its dispatched, but nothing. This is alot of money for me and it was a birthday present for my child which was even worse.

have i any way of getting back my money, I didnt use paypal. I paid for it direct from my card.

and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.

if you paid through eBay check-out PayPal would have processed your payment so you have buyer protection.

You are in Eire and if you purchased on your home eBay site you cannot open an eBay case as they don't give their protection on the Irish site.

Go to your PayPal account or if need be contact PayPal and ask them to open a not received case for you to get a refund.
