I'm not sure what it is you are looking for,

you don't have a separate ID for paypal it is just the name you used to set up the account and your password

Your PayPal ID is effectively your name, and the email address you use to log into your account.

If you log into PayPal, click on the My Profile tab you will see every bit of information associated with your account.
