      <title>Seller being difficult about returns</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I recently purchased some YuGiOh cards from someone on eBay (I predominantly buy and sell YuGiOh's so I kinda know what I'm looking at/looking for) and&amp;nbsp; today I recieved those cards and most of them (about 90%) are fake cards. I have opened a case with eBay and PayPal on the returns front but I am curious as to what will happen if they claim not everything was sent back?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought approxiamately 2000 cards from this guy and he's been constantly accusing me of taking out cards (even before I've returned the item) even though I haven't and I was just wondering how it would affect the case if he throws in a formal accusation of this happening. Again I have left all the cards in the packaging that I recieved them in and will be returning them in that package but I just want some advice on this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I buy and sell so I know how tricky customers can be (never really met a difficult seller though)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Seller would have to Appeal Ebay's decision to Refund you, claiming some Cards are Missing. As long as you use the EBay Returns Label which shows as Delivered to the Seller, there is little chance of EBay Reversing the Decision.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So long as you use eBay MBG and open a case of not as described, the seller has to send you a prepaid postage label for the return. If he is not happy with your custom, why hasn't he blocked you by now.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as an aside, if you are buying to resell on eBay you need to upgrade your account ( to business account)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unless this is more than one purchase, you can't open cases with both Ebay and paypal and one will be closed meaning that you have no backup if the remaining case should go wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I understand what you are saying, ..but who buy from is immaterial... if you are buying with the intention to sell on ( which ever platform you use) ( long distance selling) It is UK law that you register as a business...I mention this as Trading Standard fines are extortionate....more info on UK government web site...</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Really?&amp;nbsp; The only advice you need is to go to the resolution centre and open the case for not as described.&amp;nbsp; Do not contact the seller, do not contaat eBay!&amp;nbsp; Do not - under any circumstances try to settle this outside eBay!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;When you open the case the seller should send a label to return. If he does not [silly!] then after 9 days escalate the case to eBay and you will probably get a "no return refund"!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;If he does but then claims you have not sent everything back that rarely goes anywhere.&amp;nbsp; If you are past day 9 then - if you can - escalate the case to eBay&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;We hear of people who send back items which they have simply replaced and sent the old one!&amp;nbsp; EBay is always said to find for the buyer!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>This is the first time I’ve ever received something not as described - i haven’t escalated the case just simply spoke to someone at the help centre who provided advice on the process and when to contact them further. I have only contacted the seller to inform them that I would like a refund and ask them to do a returns label, fingers crossed it gets sorted in the next few days &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;</description>
