is there a problem with payment transactions on eBay? I cannot pay with any cards or paypal

trying many times to process a payment to eBay, I processed one 4 days ago, no problems.
Since then, every time i go to use PayPal, it just goes to 'ADD CARD', I have put in detail on of my bank card and 2 credit cards and even re-entered all my card details on the Paypal site and its always the same going to 'ADD CARD'.

I have also tried to pay directly with various card and just get a message saying 'unable to comlete transaction'.

Does anybody know why??

Presume your cards are not nearing their expiry date?, especially the one connected to your PayPal account...

is it a UK purchase?

try using different browser. I used firefox and had problems paying by paypal. It would just spin when you clicked after putting your password in. Then I used chrome instead and it worked fine. Always helps to have 2 or 3 browsers as options.
