&lt;P&gt;I understand sometimes it can be confusing to deal with returns and cancellations. However, in order for you to be fully covered, I'd recommend following our returns and cancellation procedures, this is just in case something goes wrong and we need to step in to issue a refund or similar actions like that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If something goes wrong, and our procedures weren't followed, we won't be able to protect you. For example, refusing delivery void your buying protection, meaning that we couldn't issue a refund if something goes wrong after that.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're happy both items are on their way back to the seller use the label to send anything so that the tracking updates.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Include a covering letter explaining exactly what has happened.&lt;/P&gt;
