Hi Marco,

It is classed as a faceplate and decal within the video game and console accessories, which is as a physical item in itself so I don't see how this would make any difference. I have had no issues with them being in that category when I first started selling so I don't get why it is now a problem. There is no issue with the browsers not showing them it is strictly a problem within the app. Not to direct the frustration to yourself but I feel like I keep having to repeat the main issue which is:

The iphone app displays 12 of 40 listings and if a buyer somehow manages to locate a listing which has been hidden it will only allow them to add to their wishlist and says it cannot be purchased using the app

The android app displays all of the listings but again on those which appear to be hidden from the IOS app, these still cannot be purchased from within the android app, only those 12 listings which can originally be seen on the IOS app can be purchased from within the android app

The browser on both mobile and PC works fine with no issues

My items are listed within the video games and console accessories, then within another category of faceplates, decals and stickers which are classed as physical items

Here is all the info the technical team should need to work out what the issue is.

Thanks again for chasing them up on this hopefully there will be a fix soon
