Thank you for your post.

Do you get an error message when you try to use the app? We have a ticket open with our tech team for an issue where users are getting an "invalid access token" message. It's currently being investigated. If you can share what type of device you use to access the app I will get your account added to the ticket with tech.

Providing an update that the issue has been resolved with the latest version of the eBay app. You will need to update to the newest version which is 6.256.0.
