Not able to access ebay, message says technical difficulties. Is this because i restarted my phone yesterday or because ebay has shut down ?

There are site issues, but today is also maintenance day for eBay, where those in eBay Towers HQ CaliforNIA, are tweaking and installing new systems, so it does send things a little awry here, especially in the early morning here, when it's still very early hours in the morn over there, and less disruption for American customers.

Try again a little later on today, hopefully the main tech issues are not impacting your account, and you'll be able to access your account successfully.
