Presumably if you want someone else to manage the account you are a business. I think secondary access is only an option for Business Sellers

Virtual or other Trading Assistants are unlikely to be easily found on the UK site --- If considering importing foodstuffs into the UK from Pakistan, there will be local marketing rules, VAT, import and shipping charges etc. to comply with.
