seller hub is showing 0 listings, there are 65000 listings but not showing, is anybody else having this issue

Is it still showing as 0 for you? There can be intermittent delays when data is updating but it usually resolves itself.

They show as normal on the site alright. Its the sellerhub view that is not showing them when it should be. That's the part the tech ticket is currently open for.

Just an update on this, the glitch is still there still showing 0, there has been a tech ticket open for weeks now and i do get calls from ebay but they can only say there are no updates on this yet and will stay in contact, i am not chucking my toys out the pram about this as compared to the not being able to combine postage on orders that happened feb 2025 and is still going ???????????which i still cant get my head round to this day, you really could not make it up. and yes to who asked about fees, i am still being charged 524.00 a month subscription and all other fees, it really makes you wonder

I see you have an anchor store like myself not sure if you were affected but on the 13th / 14th March Items that relisted over that. Even though you have free listings were charged at £0.36 A listing, We had 40 2 000 listings and they put £15,000 charges on our account It's still not resolved May be worth checking your statement if you already noticed being affected. If you were affected have they credited you yet any info you could provide would be extremely helpful as I'm pulling my hair out literally with how awful eBay customer service is.

I have suffered from the same problem you have and it just seemed to come and go randomly ours hasn't been working for months and months now I don't even bother chasing eBay its pointless I just expect at some point it might start working again only to go off again the system seems to be just absolutely riddled with software defects.

When I had replied on the 10th your active listings on your seller hub were showing that day and today when it was checked they are showing correctly.
