Good day, please I noticed few weeks ago, that my funds were disappearing from my Ebay pot after i get paid, i first saw like £9 leave, but i thought it was Ebay that removed it for something, after sometime i say £14 leave my Ebay account. then i quickly went to withdraw the rest of my funds. I went to help and contact, and it led me to the automated agent and i requested support and i was told to change my password which I did.

Tonight, i checked my ebay pot and saw £0.49 in it, few minutes as i was fulfilling order, I checked and saw that the money left my account. So I will like to know what i can do because it seems my account has been hacked and I need help at this point because I have to keep checking my account to see if Ebay has paid me so I can quickly pull it out. My account seems not to be safe again.

If you buy anything the payment will come from your balance. Also even though you have a private selling account as you're selling new goods it should be a business account and it's possible that ebay are charging you accordingly. You can check here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/fin/transactions

If necessary you can contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190
