log in and logout problem

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with my eBay account. When I log into my account, after a few minutes or sometimes after just a few clicks, the system logs me out and sends me back to the login screen. I log in again, but the same thing keeps happening repeatedly.

I have already tried everything I can. I contacted the support team before and they checked my account. They told me there are no restrictions or issues with my account. They also suggested that I try using a different browser or incognito/private mode. I tried all of these, but the problem still continues.

The same issue also happens on my phone. My phone and laptop are not old devices — both are relatively new Samsung models.

Please help me resolve this issue. I am actively selling on my account, but because of this problem it takes hours just to list a single product and I am losing a lot of time.

The support team opened a ticket for me, but I have not received any response yet. Could you please let me know what I should do next?

Thank you for your post.

Seems like a sign in loop issue. I can see you have mentioned you have tried different options. Sometimes stored cache and cookies can prevent authentication tokens so clearing this can help. Customer support have logged a ticket with tech for your account. They don't have control over the timeframe but once they get an update from tech they will be in contact.

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot? Or privacy software such as Ghostery or Disconnect? Those can cause issues like what you describe.
