I sold something that is completed on the December 11th and yet to this day I cannot withdraw funds nor can I use the funds on eBay today I’m not sure why I’ve got a withdrawal bank set up and a payment method but it say yours to use on eBay today but nope I can’t use the money?

You have to manually withdraw it into your bank account.

As long as there is no initial hold on your payout, that is, if you are a new or returning seller, proceed this way below.

Stangely some members have found this works on some devices and not on others, so worth trying on apps / PC and laptops use Chrome, until you find the combination that works for you.

Click on Payments >> Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal, is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on the > arrow, top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.

Your eBay balance will show at the top, click on withdraw bottom right.

On the pop up screen which appears, at the top, there's a large, bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it. There, you add the amount you wish to withdraw.

At the bottom.... Withdraw £*** Now click on this.

A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way. Click on this and then on Done.

Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times, as to when you are able to withdraw the money. Some banks are faster than others.

Following on from the helpful advice given can you let me know if you are still experiencing this issue? If so can you let me know if its not letting you withdraw on both the app and desktop?

It's important for kat@ebay to know, and as I mentioned in my post, which device and browser are you using, as the issue may not be appearing if you change and use another device / browser.

Other users who reported this issue had success trying to withdraw on the app. Can you confirm its not working for you on both the app and desktop? and what device you use?
