Royal Mail tracking not updating

Morning all,

Has anyone else had any issues recently with tracking not updating to show items are delivered? It seems to be a bit random, as some orders are shown as delivered, but some aren't.

I've tried reaching out to eBay to ask, but I can't get through to anyone other than the useless chatbots

No point wasting precious time trying to contact CS over this.

Tracking not being in sync between courier / RM and eBay has been a long term issue.

Should a case for item not received be opened, then as long as your tracking shows delivery , it can be entered into the case for the case to close in your favour.

Annoying, but as said it's a constant!
