Unable to update item quantity in active listings?

I am unable to update item quantity in any of my active listings.

This is the error that comes up:

Invalid <ShippingPackage>.

I can still update quantities if I go into each listing and update manually.

I am using windows 10 on desktop pc and MS Edge browser (same issue with Chrome).
