    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well during this time I've lost money, you allowed a customer to have 9 attempted deliveries then recharged me for a the item that was returned to me smashed up. thank you. I lost a sale for a garden potting cabinet because your chat is not available and i needed to clarify some information. but couldn't. i wasn't able to file disputes for items I've purchased or in reply to dispute filled about the item your buyer rejected 9 times and got a refund for being as awkward as possible. thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
