The interface is greyed out and completely unresponsive - <STRONG>I can scroll through the chat options but can’t click anything or type messages.</STRONG> I’ve tried multiple devices and browsers, but the issue persists. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the problem. I’ve seen several other people reporting this same issue here, so it appears to be widespread.
