    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have had the same issue this morning. Took TRACKED 48 Items to Post Office to obtain "Proof of Posting" as I ALWAYS DO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their system is saying INVALID Tracking Number, when they are scanning the QR Code? They EVEN TRIED inputting the Tracking Numbers Manually, but same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yet, another GLITCH, after changes made to system ?!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone explain HOW to CANCEL &amp;amp; GET REFUND for Tracked 48 Postage Label already printed through EBAY system please?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
