    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just had exactly this problem today. It was also on an item in 'information services'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the buyer went elsewhere, and I lost a customer because of this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would just change the product category, but then I'm forced to use the dreaded 'simple delivery' for a something sent as an ebay message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is a screenshot of the message my lost customer received (translated from Hungarian)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Translated.png" style="width: 216px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/132237i901B0E0581AC9A03/image-dimensions/216x182?v=v2" width="216" height="182" role="button" title="Translated.png" alt="Translated.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Possibly the worst part is I only know I lost this sale because the customer sent a message.
