Over 4 months now eBay has kept my money. They have my address, blood type name personal details what I eat bank information everything NI number ect but won't pay me. Coming up 5 month next week, 60+ phone calls all the same outcome, sorry to hear that no resolve. All my bank details perfect, no payment customer's happy with items all delivered, on time 100% and yet hesr i am not a penny to show for it. What a god dam mess eBay is, welcome too the future of selling.

Worthwhile to recheck/update your account settings thoroughly including the Managed Payments setup to have valid UK based Banking details on file to make and receive payments (Not online Internet Banking) --- more changes links/information here >

On this account, you have only sold two items, early in November - so, two months ago.

You haven't sold enough for Ebay to require your NINO.

Ebay don't usually hold funds for no reason.

As advised, it is worth checking your bank details again.

If you have an issue, you should start a new thread rather than adding a (slightly random) comment to an old thread.

There is not a phone number for Ebay but you can try to get a callback.

As advised, there is no direct phone number for eBay.

If you need to you can contact them through the link below, it seems to be only an automated chat no Call Back option if using a desktop browser, but others have found a Call Back option on the app or mobile browser.
