Payment Processing Dealys

We get daily payouts and todays has only paid out around 40%, the remaining 60% is still processing. When I take a look it says they are all due today (16th). I've never had it split into 2 payments even when the amount was much larger than the total here.

This has never happened in over 10 years of selling, account is top rated business account with over 20,000 feedback. Anybody else facing similar issues with payouts and processing times?

While payouts are typically cleared and sent to your bank account within 24 hours, it can take up to 4 business days for the be processed and hit your bank account, you can confirm this here. So, if you don't see the funds straight away, allow enough time, and eventually you will see the funds in your bank account. However, if this process takes over 4 business days and there are no holds being placed in your account, let us know, and we will be able to take a look.

Hi Marco,

It appears you have missed my point.... It is not about the time to hit my bank account.

To confirm I have had 40% of my payout (paid and hit bank account) the remaining nearly 400 pounds is still marked as processing (not on hold) and due to pay out today (the 16th) but has not.

Can you please let me know why this is the case?

Just taken a second look and it appears its now moved to tomorrows payout. Is there a cut off time for payments to make the payout run?

As advised above, while the funds can clear and hit your bank account within 24 hours, it can take up to 4 business days for the funds to hit your bank account. I've just double check, and you've been receiving payouts every single day since the start of the year.
