Can anyone help with an issue that eBay themselves have been unable to rectify or give any valid explanation. I have waited over 31

days for a pay out of an item I sold recently. I was told a few days after the item was marked as delivered that the funds would appear in my balance in 24h. This never happened. I called a week or so later and was told that I would wait the max 30 days so would receive the payout on the 2nd June. The payout still remains pending and I have received no communication from eBay as to why I’m not receiving a payout. Has anyone else experienced this? My eBay states that I can receive payouts in 24/48 hours…. Just not this one it seems.

It is normally 30 days for new sellers so you should get the money in the next few days. eBay are not always super accurate. Contact them again if you don't get it by middle of next week.

Thanks for that. I already contacted them earlier so hopefully 🤞 it should appear in my balance soon thanks again
