I sold a guitar and packaged it very well. I was obliged to puchase postage via Ebays service. The guitar arrived damaged and , whilst the buyer wants a refund, he is not holding me responsible. He made a claim on Ebay and this was upheld so I received no payment. How do I make a claim for this please?
