    <description>&lt;P&gt;eBay are having current issues with outdated systems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They are advising to ensure the device and browser you are using is up to date,&amp;nbsp; and the recent app update is installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is also an issue with Safari, and apps forever glitchy,&amp;nbsp; do need constant updates.&amp;nbsp; If using the app, have you done this?&amp;nbsp; Also, some found uninstalling and reinstalling the app has helped.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or,&amp;nbsp; if you can,&amp;nbsp; switch a laptop / PC with Chrome, that seems to be the best combo with eBay.&lt;/P&gt;
