Hi I bought a Bluetooth speaker but it broke straight away and the seller had removed the listing and just ignored my messages. What can I do about this? The automated bot doesn’t understand and I can’t seem to speak to an actual human about this

Also the speaker was a Marshall emberton which turned out to be completely FAKE. So I think it deserve a refund after this joke. Do better eBay

What have you done about it? Have you opened an item not as described case under eBay's guarantee? That's the way to get a refund, not by messaging the seller.

If it's beyond the 30 day time limit your payment provider e.g. credit or debit card issuer may be able to help.
