In relation to API it is best to use the support on the eBay developer site here .They would have the most up to date information on any API related issues.

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with several of my listings where stock is managed via a third-party system (Mintsoft).

The listings appear active in the eBay UI (they show time remaining and are not ended), however no stock has been synced to them for several months.

When Mintsoft attempts to update the stock, the API returns the error:
“You are not allowed to revise an ended item.”

This suggests that although the listings appear active in the UI, they may be treated as ended or non-revisable via the API.

Could someone please confirm:

Whether listings with zero quantity for an extended period can become non-revisable via the API despite appearing active

Why the API would reject stock updates with an “ended item” error in this scenario

Whether relisting is required to restore normal API behaviour

Thanks in advance for your help.
